1. You go to Jobmonster -> Custom Field -> Resume tab -> add field for it.
To render to Resume Search (only support Resume Advanced Search):
You go to Widget -> Resume Sidebar -> Resume Advanced Search -> Select the above field.
Later you go to the Resume archive page and check.
2. Currently, the resume only support Job Category and don't support Job Tag.
3. You can create 2 custom field for resume:

Currently, Jobica hasn't option to change the icon, you can use child theme and custom the file (/wp-content/themes/jobica/layouts/navbar.php)
I would also like to add pages/links to the header.
