    the option you give me is the one in my ticket concerning the problem with the free pack
    only I've just tested it and it doesn't work

    I create a new user
    I buy a pack
    and my first offer is awaiting payment even though I've received the confirmation e-mail.

    Can you please take a look?

    sorry, but I don't think this is what I want to do
    in fact I'd just like to add a sentence (but not a field) at the very beginning of the form (before the custom fields) like :

    --- All fields with a “*” are mandatory ----
    and put it in red

    but it's really just a sentence I'd like to add

    hi

    I have no response to my various tickets and I think it's a shame to pay and not have support.

    For info on this ticket, it only sets the status to pending payment for the first ad (whereas the status in woo is complete).

    For the other ads, this one goes directly to active.

    do you have a solution?

    J'ai essayé de mettre 0,00 (car le . n'est pas accepté) mais c'est la même chose

    J'ai restauré ma base au 21 nov (date de l'installation) et c'est pareil

    ce que j'ai pu repérer c'est que tant que je ne suis pas connecté, le bouton "sélectionner" du forfait gratuit fonctionne (il me redirige bien vers la page de connexion)

    mais une fois connecté cela ne fonctionne pas

    J'ai même essayé de changer l'ordre mais c'est pareil

    J'attends Jackie du coup lol

    si je mets un prix autre que "0" alors là ça marche c'est vraiment le côté free qui ne fonctionne pas

    En effet. Jackie est top et à chaque problème il m'a trouvé une solution !

    Le but est de modifier à fond le template en effet

    On a pas trop le choix et à voir ton site, je me dis que c'est assez puissant

    En effet nous sommes à côté (je suis d'Esvres) - je te contacterai surement si ça ne te dérange pas.

    je n'ai pas eu le temps d'investiguer plus que ça mais en effet ça peut être une piste car j'ai eu un soucis avec le captcha avec mon sous domaine

    je vais voir pour tester d'autres pages

    oui j'avais testé il me semble avec la case "autoriser l'achat de plusieurs forfaits Gratuit"

    En tous les cas merci pour ton temps et on se tient au courant

    je viens de tester avec tes parametres et ça fait pareil c'est comme ci l'URL derrière, y en avait pas

    j'ai dupliqué un produit (payant et qui fonctionne) - j'ai changé les paramètres mais prob idem, rien ne se passe

    Je sais pas ce qui se passe du coup et j'ai testé aussi avec un autre user (tout nouveau) = idem

    Si tu as une piste ?

    J'attends de voir ce que va me dire le support

    en attendant bon we "Monsieur le tourangeau" lol
