I was able to do a hard refresh. Then log out and log back in. And now it shows me the Design Options when I click the Edit button. Thanks for your help.

When I click on the Edit button, the edit window pops up. But it is blank. Empty. See the attached screenshots. So, I have no way to change the background image.

Not the background image. I want to remove the placeholder for an image for the person's testimonial. The little circle. I do not see any place where I can remove that. We just want the quote and the person's name. That is all.

I think I figured out the row issue. When I went to the Row & Column settings, it said 1 Row. But, when I went to the Content Settings, it said 2 Rows. So, I changed the Content Settings to 1 Row and that fixed it. Thank you.
