ok, got it, the problem was that I had set all the packages for free in order to test the process, therefore they were all purchasable only once. I've just updated the packages with prices and it's letting me upgrade the plan, so far.

Dear, I wasn't talking about free packages, I was talking about packages in general and I made an example with a package of 3 job posts. Are you telling me that if someone buys a non-free package to post 3 jobs, once they have posted 3 jobs they can't buy a new package?
At the moment it seems to be working, I deactivated almost every plugin, installed Purge Varnish and added the URLs

Now I'm reactivating all the plugins to see if it keeps working

I had already set it up but it's not working, at times jobs work but resumes never worked.
Right now neither jobs nor resumes are showing up.
nevermind, jobs and resumes don't show up in member pages unless I logout and then log back in.
please help me with this otherwise this theme can't be usable for me, I can't tell every employer and every candidate to logout and login everytime they publish something
Fixed it, it was a caching problem.
Whoever has the same problem, I installed the plugin WP Fastest Cache and set it to clear the cache after every post/page update or publication and set it to not show the cached version to logged-in users and mobile users
Nevermind, if you load the page it shows correctly but if you use the job publish button it looks wrong just like before (see screenshot above).
The problem happens when you push the publish button and you get to the second step. At the moment I put the shortcode page back to make it work with the other layout.
Can you please fix it?

I followed your instructions, I deleted the old version, installed it again and updated the plugin to the 1.0.11 version but it's still the same, nothing has changed.
