Is the problem clear now?
I have attached the admin login data here to the above. Is this safe? Because I see that all support tickets are available for everyone to see.

On another site, as in the picture, I can translate all the page content in the advanced mode, but with your theme, only the page title and keywords appear, and the rest of the page content does not appear in the wpml advanced mode

Attached is a picture of another site where I use wpml and WPBakery, and as you can see in the picture, the speech appears normally, whether Arabic and English, and does not turn into symbols
