With this the problem is solved and the agents can login at the front of the website. It is working now.

First we had the information as in the screenshots but it didn't work. But finally they do!! We are glad.
Hi. Could you please explain / confirm. If webmaster submit properties to site, than it is not in agent dashboard? So in that case only agent can upload to have full properties list to his dashboard?
If above is correct. The solution to have full properties list in agent dashboard is that webmaster also work under agent name/password?

For the custom contact form from contact form 7, you need to add the tags in the email of that form as our recommended: "[agent-id], [agent-name] and [agent-url". It will help your contact form get the property info.<u></u>

Thank you for your answer. Not the agent by herself but the owner of the company did it. The webmaster in this case.
I will give it a try when the agent do it by herself.
