i try again, 3 1/2 weeks after sending my support request, to kindly ask for a reply.
I cannot wait anymore because my client doesn´t understand why i need so long and only thing i can say is, that the support of the plugin is not answering.
If i will not receive an answer within one day, i unfortunately will be forced to uninstall your plugin. Actually i don't understand that - even if you are busy or some of the needs of my client cannot be made by your plugin - that i don't get a reply at all.

i sent admin data via private reply already 8 days ago. Time is running and client is getting bit nervous and also angry about the huge delay.
So i kindly ask you for a quick reply and fast checking the details you wanted to check.
