Yes, our Jobica theme is base on Jobmonster core, so it will have the same function with the jobmonster. It has the same config as Jobmonster.
But we also have some differences in Jobica. And we are adding more function to Jobica in the future.
1. Jobica uses the Elementor Page builder, not the WPBakery Page builder as Jobmonster.
2. Jobica has a modern design and different layout for a front-end dashboard. You can try to login to our demo and check it again.
3. On the jobica, we let the user can select the layout for the job to submit or resume submission.
This is some difference between Jobmonster and Jobica. If you have any question, please let us know again.
