Yes, I'm trying to disable the plugin "Premmerce Permalink Manager for WooCommerce" or "Product Variation Swatches for Woocommerce" but the issue not from the plugin.

I found the issue from the product variation config. For the "https://archshoe.com/tuscan-off-white/" product, you have a lot of variations, that is why the ajax return 500 when you selecting product color. You need to go to PHP server config to increase the max_execution_time attribute or setup the variation as this https://prnt.sc/p7jaot
