Hello.
I apologize for the insistence, but when checking the tutorials on the link you sent me, I verified that you built the code in another way and I confess that I'm kind of lost because I don't master javascript. I verified that there is a constant value that is inserted between span tags, but I have no idea how to insert this value in a hidden input to perform the POST. Could it "light" my way? thank you.

I already solved the problem. Autorun was turned off in the script.js file. Thank you very much
Sorry, I think I caused some confusion. in my first post I referred to the slider control when in reality the problem is happening with the image carousel that is not moving by itself, it only passes the slides when I click on the control. I believed that this carousel was carouFredsel. The slider I believed was the nouislider. Am I mistaken?

In fact, I think I had difficulty expressing myself because I don't speak English. the problem is actually in the top carousel whose images are not rotating as it appears in the demo. I already checked the javascript, jquery and CSS and they are in the right folders. I found a tutorial about carouFredSel-6.2.1 reporting that there should be a script inserted in the code to activate the carousel, but I scoured all the code and didn't find it. in the tutorial I looked for the css classes are different from those used in the template. I'm kind of lost around here and I appreciate any help.
I can't get answers from support on the forum. It's been three days since I posted and there are no replies. Database articles are all for wordpress and joomla versions. The version I purchased in early February is html with bootstrap only. How long will I have to wait for a response? Experts are always Offline. I think this is disrespectful. The carousel on the site only works in the DEMO, but in the version I downloaded it doesn't. The javascript, jquery and CSS are there in the folders. I need answers. Your support is horrible.
