A few more informations i found doing some tests: I tried to load the page with touch simulation enabled (on firefox dev tools) and as expected, the popup was "empty"; without reloading the page, I disabled the touch simulation on the dev tools and clicked on a class block, activating the popup, and it was correctly filled with data from the class i clicked; finally, i re-enabled the touch simulation and tried tapping on different blocks: now the popup is always filled with datas referring to the class block i clicked earlier, not the one i'm tapping on with the simulated touch. I'd guess that clicking actually sets something in the code filling the popup fields that's not set if the event is generated with a tap/touch
I hope this can help you to narrow the possible causes, let me know if i can help in any other way

This reply has been marked as private.Hello, let me start apologizing for being a bit too rude in the previous msg: I had a long day and spent some hours explaining a tech support a bug in their own online banking app, i had to waste 3 hours just proofing them the bug, reproducing it while screen-recording their app to show the wrong behaviour.. i was a bit tired of spending time demonstrating a tech support their own app issues because they assumed i didn't even understand how to use it
about our issue: reinstalling the Hermosa core after installing a differently named child theme worked perfectly, just add a note like "if you change the child theme name, don't forget to reinstall the Hermosa Core plugin!" it in the docs and nobody will probably ever ask again about this
thanks, we're done with this!
Please at least take care to check issues raised by customers instead of replying with a sort-of-default answers in a rush, it's useless and we will both waste time if you do that
as you can clearly see on the video linked in this second message, this has absolutely nothing to do with wpbakery page builder, the plugin is installed and working as expected (or you wouldn't even see the page layout, just "unformatted txt including shortcodes".. anyway, you can see the wpbakery button on the wordpress toolbar, just in case)
as i already wrote in the previous message, the issue appears simply changing the child theme name (even a single letter is enough), and setting the name back to default makes everything working again
I'm using 3 wordpress noo themes already (one is yogi, nearly identical to hermosa) i'm not a first-timer here and i'm working on wordpress since more than 10 years even developing some child themes, i guess i have an idea of what i am talking about, not all your users are shallow users not even taking care to read documentation
