Actually this is not the solution.
The option "View Detail Resume" just allows users to be able to visit the resume page. There is nothing related to the contact or custom fields specifically.
I want that all logged in users be able to visit resumes (so the config on "View Detail Resume" is logged-in users) BUT JUST THAT ONES WITH PAID PACKAGE TO BE ABLE TO SEE THE CONTACT INFO.
This is why I did all the following things as mentioned earlier:
01. JM Jobmonster > Settings > Action Control > View Candidate Contact: Employer with Paid package.
02. Product: "Can view Candidate Contact" option checked
03. Created some custom fields selected as "Employer with Package" under View Permission
I don't know where the problem is.
If it is in the Product I've created (resume package) or in the system.
But it seems to me that when I buy a resume package and activate it it doesn't really activate my permissions to see the contact info AND selected custom fields. Despite being showed as active in my Manage Plan section.

You probably can't access home page exactly because of the problem I related you (page doesn't load anymore after pay or try to pay anything):

But if you try any other page it loads:

At leats is whats is happening now

it seems that the problem happens just when you try to load the Home Page (main page).
Other pages are fine.

another question.
My site is running smoothly. Everything is fine.
If I make a payment (any payment. Using wirecard or paypal doesn't matter) the site stops working.
I'm directed to checkcout page where I can see informations about my payment and then I simply can't load any page.
Any link I click the page keeps loading and loading and loading and than shows an error.

I have another doubt!
I've checked that just employers with Paid Packages can see Candidate's contact.
But it shows email AND phone.
There is a way I can show just the phone? I don't wanna show users emails.

But for now I have a bigger problem.
I've imported a lot of users and everything was fine.
But If I update a user (frontend or backend) my Resume (https://representantedistribuidor.com.br/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=noo_resume) and Application (https://representantedistribuidor.com.br/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=noo_application) sections stop working

Can be a new users or existing user. Doesn't matter. As soon as I updated a user it happens.
Do you have an ideia what's going on?
