1, We only changed the display logic as you mentioned above. This type of notification will still exist in some other functions. You go to Customizer -> Member Page to change the style for them.
2,3 Currently Jobica does not support this function. Jobica does not assign permissions to display on each Job or Resume, the settings will affect all Job and resume on the site.
