Dear, I see Salary field is disable and your site and config field is wrong, if Salary field setting 'Value' please add currentcy list like attachment and price with add in each job.

Dear, Please delete Jobica Core plugin on your site then go to menu 'Appearance -> Install plugins' and install Jobica Core v1.2.11 then check your site again.

Sorry, the Jobica not suport settings to custom resumes suggest and the Jobica load resumes suggest by job's category and job's location of Employer match with resume's category and location Candidate added.

The plugin is using session_start() function of PHP – http://php.net/manual/en/function.session-start.php to try and start a session which seems to be throwing the error.
