Hello I´ve been trying to contact you via themefores, I renewed the support in order to have a faster response.
I have had an issue in my website and is that when a client registers in the account page no email are recieved with the password, but the mail function is working good. If I send an message from the contact form it send it successfully, the thing is when a client register, no password are sent to the email that the user writes you can see the issue here https://circulonatural.com/my-account/
something very weird I found is if I ask to reset my password to my email (administrator account) the system do send me the password mail, but if Im an regular user (client) it doesnt send it. It is a problem with the users,.

Thanks for your feedback.
We helped you to install SMTP plugin which helps you to send/receive email easily. Now, please go to Settings > Easy WP SMTP then configure this plugin. After that, check the above issue again, then feedback us.

Hello, thank you for the installation of the plug in, unfortunately it didn't worked. the following message appear:
SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Network is unreachable (101)SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting
I deactivated it and installed wp smtp which is similar to the installed by you.
but the same error appeared, I attached the screen shots.
Something I didn't understand was why did you installed that plug in if the php function works but only for the administrators, I mean If you go to 'my account' section and try to recover the password of some administrator the email is sent without a problem. the issue is for the users, if the users sign up for the first time an email should arrive with the password but it doesn't happen. You can try singing up to the website, for that reason any user can register to the website, and the site is in production already.

1- Why did we recommend you to install Easy SMTP plugin on your site?
Because you are missing the issue related to sending/receiving email on your website and this issue derives from your server issue, not our theme code. Easy SMTP plugin is the best solution now.
2- Like your image, currently, you are failed to connect to the server so you should contact hosting provider about this issue then ask them how to fix it. After that, check the above issue again.

Ok thank you, I will contact them, but It is not very clear for me why the web sends the recovery password mail for the administrators but to the final users don´t. I dont know for sure if there are 2 different mail functions, and one works and the other don´t.
Ill check with them and I will contact you again.

We don't sure about this issue. However, it seems that this issue is from a data link from your server.
Firstly, please solve the issue of SMTP plugin then check the above issue again. After that, contact us again.
