Hi Support ..
It appears that when you login as either a candidate or employer the user profile icon totally disappears - this make it difficult to access your user setting when you are actually logged in. I have attached a screen shot to show you what is missing

This may or maynot be related but there are a number of links that also seem to be missing when you are logged in as well. I have added a screen capture of what appears to be missing.

You are incorrect, that does not allow the publishing of the user icon once logged in. We had already set what you are referring to.
This does not solve the issue of the missing user icon when logged in.
Please provide accurate and specific information to get the user icon to appear to the right of the "post a Resume/Post a Job" button when logged in.

You must be logged in to view attached files.4 years, 6 months ago #1149325Dear, i think that problem because your site still use Jobica old version, please kindly update Jobica theme to latest version '1.2.5.1' from ThemeForest then go to menu 'Appearance -> Install Plugins' to update all Jobica Core plugin,
After update Jobica theme and plugin you will see setting 'Hide Post Job' and 'Hide Post Resume' in Member menu setting like attachment

4 years, 6 months ago #1170448Jobica Core is now at 1.2.5 and still, the original issue still exists. THERE IS NO USER PROFILE ICON/MENU TO THE RIGHT OF THE POST A RESUME/JOB BUTTON WHEN LOGGED INTO THE SITE AS A REGISTERED CANDIDATE OR EMPLOYER!!!!!

4 years, 5 months ago #1173463This reply has been marked as private.4 years, 5 months ago #1174295Dear, i have check your site, i see that problem because your site disable 'Show Avatars' in menu 'Setting -> Discussion Settings'
The Jobica will show Employer Company Logo as avatar if emplpyer update 'Company Logo' but if not ad company logo, the Jobica will display default Avatar by WordPress but you disable 'Show Avatars'.
Please check your site again.
