It is important for candidates to be able to copy and paste from a word document to the fields of their resume. This means they do not have to re-write their CV into the resume fields.
Presently when candidates try to copy from a word document into the resume fields an error occurs. The letters "RN" appear throughtout. Please see attached.
This is a real issue, as many candidates will find creating a resume too time consuming if they have to type anything and cannot copy and paste from an existing CV on their computer.
Please urgently help as website is live
Dear, what is data source you use to copy ? the RN appear in resume editor or after you save ? I think that problem because format of data source you use. you can clear format before paste to resume details, eg: paste to Subline Text or Notepad to clear format then copy paste resume details again.

The data source was a file on Microsoft word.
Most candidates would have a resume in Microsoft word so it is important that they can copy and paste without this error.
