Hi,
although we have edit the po file accordingly, the translation of "We found x available jobs for you" does not appear.
Can you advice, where / how to make sure the translation appears correctly?
Many thanks,
Nadine

You can use Loco Translate plugin and translate for theme.

4 years, 12 months ago #1081831Hi,
is this the only solution? We prefer using poeddit and amending the .po files. Usually this should work! We are not a fan of implementing 2 ways to translate a theme...and try to avoid too many plugins.

4 years, 12 months ago #1081854Hi,
First, you need to distinguish between:
Archive page and custom page.
- Archive page: The default page to store articles for each custom post type on the site. You just need to create a blank page with the slug identical to the settings, this page will automatically get the post to display.
eg: Job Archive page: slug -> http://prntscr.com/q3my00
Resume Archive Page: slug -> http://prntscr.com/q3n05l
Company Archive Page: slug -> http://prntscr.com/q3n09e
On Jobmonster theme no editing support with this page format.
- Custom Page: You add new a page (and the slug cannot overlap with the slugs above) -> You can use Elementor for this pages.
what is the reason why this translation does not appear (although it has been defined properly in the .po file? is this a theme bug?
Please send me the link that appears the text above.
Best regards,
tb.

I checked the .po file. Because there are some updates in the code, you will need to remove the 2 files de_DE.po and de_DE.mo in languages folder and translate again. I think this time it will work.

4 years, 11 months ago #1082146Hi,
we have updated the theme to the latest version and amended the .po file again. Unfortunately the "views" does still appear in English. Can you please check again?
Many thanks,
Nadine
4 years, 11 months ago #1082147In my previous message I meant the translation of "We found x available jobs for you" does not appear.
In addition to that: in the .po file I found no translation for "Showing 1–6 of 27 jobs" on Job result or category pages like: http://neu.nexaria.ch/jobs/informatik-telekommunikation/
Looking forward to your feedback.
