Hello,
I have some issues about configuration about classes:
1. in class settings
1.1.) is it possible to set open and close time as a default time? We always have the same time for classes (9:00 – 15:30)
1.2) is it possible to have a Close Date?
Reason: we have the same class over six weeks. the class takes place on 2 days / week: mo. and thur. except the last week where it only will take place on monday. But at the last week your system shows in the calendar view also thursday as class.
Do I have to configure every single day by using „use advanced weekly schedule“ to accomplish this?
This is not very comfortable!
A Closing Date would be of much help. Do you have any suggestions how my problem could be solved more easily? (see screenshots: calendar, class-settings)
2.) classes > add new class
the editor ist not supporting the tag. Why?Attachments:

Thanks for contacting us.
We are so sorry for the late response because we need much time to review your question.
1- Currently, you should go to Class then set Open Time and Close Time as your desired. Because we don't have any option to help you set a default time on your class. In addition, can you please explain "default time" which you want to use? We will check it, then add a new function to Timetable plugin if possible.
2- Now we don't have a Close Date option for the class because as opinions of customers, class always open every day of weeks and month and year so it doesn't need to have Close Date. You can use Number of weeks to restrict your class.
3- Yes, you do. You can configure special days for your class by Use Advanced Weekly Schedule option.
4- What tag do you want to add? Do you want to have an option to enter the tag in your class? Please describe it again then we will check it.
Please check our answer carefully, then feedback us.
Best Regards,
NooTheme
5 years, 8 months ago #1070246Hi,
1) as I mentioned in 1.1. - default time is 9:00 - 15:30
2) +3) So it means that I have to set dates manually - in my case - 11 times? This is not really comfortable. May be you can program a better solution for that. I.E set the weeks and dates individually.
AND what does it mean: default is the genearal open / close time in class settings > use advanced weekly schedule ?
4) Sorry , my fault. I meant the strong-tag (see screenshots: strong-tag-editor / view-mode)
Thank you for help
P.S. It would be great if you could work on your documentation of the plugin which is leaking and not up to date

2,3. Currently, we can't update this function but we will consider it.
This function "Use Advanced Weekly Schedule" only helps you add the time for your course, in addition to the fixed time you enter above.
Best regards,
tb.

On my local site not. Do you have a guess, what it can be?
Thanks
5 years, 8 months ago #1070293Sorry, I should be more clear.
Yes, I checked this check boxes. But the class filter is then above the class entries.
Is it not possible to show the class filter in the sidebar like it is on your archive:classes page?
Thank you.
5 years, 8 months ago #1070400Yes, that right.

5 years, 8 months ago #1070460Hi,
Can you add HTML tag in Post?
I don't sure about this problem. You need to check if the problem originates from the Noo Timetable plugin, by deactivate other plugins and activate the default WordPress theme to check.
To be sure you can install new and only use the Noo timetable plugin and the WordPress default theme.
Best regards,
tb.
5 years, 6 months ago #1074349Hi TB,
somehow I cannot find how to create a new topic....
I still have issues with your template timetable.
The holiday function in classes -> holidays settings is not working. Classes are still shown in the calendar view.
Could you please check. You should have all the logins.
Thank you
Cheers
Oliver
