We have updated the theme and the property search doesn't work. By one side, the personalized filter for area is not applying in the live results. By the other side, when you click the search button, it redirects to a blank page wothout any result. You can check at http://www.finquesmarcel.com

Posts: 9This reply has been marked as private.Dear, i check your site i see a error in NOO LandMark Core 2 plugin, please delete NOO LandMark Core 2 plugin on your site then down theme package from ThemeForest to install NOO LandMark Core 2 plugin in folder 'Plugin Files' of theme package.

Dear, to fix your problem :
1. I check all page on your site and remove template setting of all page use template 'Property Search'2. Create new page with slug 'properties' like setting 'Property Archive Slug' in Realty portal Settings.
Now the search is display results, please check your site again.

Lots of thanks. The search button is working now, but the Area slider is not working. It doesn't mind where you move it, it always sho 85 properties.
By the other side, can we add filters to the search results 'Property Archive Slug' ?

When we move the price slider, the number of properties in the map changes. When we move the area slider, the number of properties in the map shows always 85, and it only applies when you click on search. All the filters work on the live results except the area slider. Can you check it?
Please, give me also an answer about if we can add filters to the search results page to refine results.

Dear,To fix your problem, please delete NOO LandMark Core 2 plugin on your site then go to admin menu 'Appearance -> Install plugins' to install NOO LandMark Core 2 plugin again then check your site again.

We have deleted the plugin as you tell us to do. This is what we told us to do 5 days ago and we already did it. Anyway, we have done it another time and it's still not working. If you slide the area slider, it doesn't refresh the map (if you click the search button, the area filter is applying well). We expect the area slider works as the price slider, updating the map as you slide it. What is the problem?

Dear, i not see your site is use NOO LandMark Core 2 plugin latest version, i have help you to delete old version and update it to latest version 2.1.5. Now, please clear cache on your site and your browser to check again.

We have just checked and it's working. Anyway, we downloadad the plugin from theme forest, and we didn't have this last version. I will check it now again.
Now the filters are working fine, thanks. The problem is that the map appears moved in the page http://finquesmarcel.com/fincas/. I send you a picture that shows it. There is no css modified. In the home page it seems to be working fine.
