Resume Suggest / Job Suggest

Hi,

I saw some old posts on this forum about the logic behind Resume Suggest and Job Suggest. Are these two functions still working based on Category & Location?

Is it possible to get Job/Resume Suggest based on  AND condition: Job Category & Job Type - both the conditions are to be matched. Is it possible?

I am using Job Type field for the job function within a company.

e.g. Job Category is Banks, Job Function is Sales

 

So the employer should get Resume suggest of only those candidates who are from Banking - Sales

And Candidates should get Job Suggests for only Banking - Sales Jobs

 

This can become a very useful feature if you can work this out. And also allow to configure the logic.

So should be able to select the fields for the logic

and

select the type of logic - whether AND / OR logic to be applied on those fields.

Hi,

Currently, Resume Suggest and Job Suggest works based on the Job Category and Job Location.
