5 years, 6 months ago #1074102Hi Tracy,
It's not the first time that we meet this problem and Noo Team has already fixed this issue in the past without telling us how to fix it ... Moreover, there are a lot of posts on this forum with the same problem ... Therefore this problem is well known on your side regarding the new horizontal search at the top of the Resume Search page ...
I repeat, by giving you our admin access, you will fix it and bye bye ... when we will reinstall your theme (again and again your theme due to other bugs), we have to contact you again and again to fix it ...
I strongly believe that we really work the wrong way and it's much better to clearly explain us with details to know how to fix it ... Then we save up time on our side and we don't disturb you ...
Please how did you fix this well know problem last time, for us and other customer ?
A clear and detailed explanation is very welcome because we didn't understand your basic explanation so far ...
Thank you,
Chris

Thanks for getting back to us.
We are so sorry if you aren't satisfied when we asked you about your website's URL & admin account. However, why do we do that? Because each website gets a different issue and we cannot guess it. Thus, we need to get access to the client's website directly and check it.
For your issue:
1- Why the Job Category in resume search page didn't have any information? Please go to Jobs > Job Category> We didn't see any job in your category. See this image: https://prnt.sc/no9w0m
2- About JobCategory on the homepage, you haven't chosen categories to show. See this image: https://prnt.sc/no9wn4
3- Similarly for Job Location on the Homepage.
Please check it, then feedback us.
Thank you.

5 years, 6 months ago #1074197Hi Noo Theme,
Thank you very much for your clear explanation ...
Now, we understand that we need to post Job Offers to be able to search for Resume according to Categories and Locations ... with the Resume Search Fields located at the top of the page ...
We have just test it and it's works Great ...
If I was a Web developer, I will simply copy/paste the Search of Resume by Category & Location fields from the widget advanced search to the horizontal search in the purpose to keep the same logic and avoid any misunderstanding ...
Anyway, we are going to post many SAMPLES of Job Offers to cover all our Categories and Locations and allow the search of Resumes by Category & Location because nowadays, most people use mobile phones and will use the Horizontal Search to find resume ...
Therefore, your new horizontal search for Resumes is a great feature ...
Thank you again for your help and sorry for the misunderstanding ...
We hope that these messages will help other customers ..
Regards,
Chris

Thanks for your feedback.
We want to explain about the Search section:
On the PC, you can easily see these options of Search section with the horizontal layout. However, on the mobile devices, they should be changed to vertical layout because the screen of the mobile is too small, we cannot decorate options with horizontal type. You even cannot see almost options if they display with horizontal on the mobile.
In this case, can you help us to find a job website which has a search section with a horizontal layout? We will refer to it, then try to find the best solution in the future.
Thank you so much.
