reset password link doesn't work

Hello,

I tested it without problems, I can receive the email and the link to reset the password in the email, but when my colleague tested, she probably took 10 minutes or more to receive the email when she tried to reset the password, finally, she failed to reset the password. I think the possible reason is that the link expires after a certain amount of time. Can you help me make this time longer? Because some users may have a bad network, so the link is invalid, and then the password cannot be reset.

Can you help me extend the link valid time or generate a password randomly in the email that the user can use to log in and then change the password on the website?

I think the issue from your email sending on your site. You should check your mail server again. Then we will help you check the code issue.

I tested many times for this function today, When the network is good, I can quickly receive the password reset email and I successfully reset my password, but when the network is not good, the email will be delayed, and the link to reset the password in the email is not available.

The problem is that I can't garantee the users are registred on my website when the network is good, so I hope you can help me to extend the effective time of the link or generate a password randomly in the email that the user can use to log in and then change their own password.
