All the theme plugins are installed and configurations are met but still the demo fails to import all the data. Please help!

Dear, I check your site and i see your site not use Palazzo theme. pelase check again.
Also, if your site give 404 error after import data. Please go to admin menu 'Settings -> Permalinks' and click save to update permalinks on your site.

I reinstalled the theme palazzo and do the manipulation on the permalink and I still have the same 404 error problem after the import
