Hello nootheme-Team!
I'm disappointed from the payment on envato. I payed the licence for palazzo. On your demo-website you write that we have free PSD Files. Where are these Files? Can you please send them to me? If you write that on your demo-site i assume that the files are included in the WP-Theme.
Also i saw on your demo-website that the price from the theme is 29 Dollar. But envato charged 39 dollars. I think you should update your demo-website. It is not OK that you feign facts that are not true.

We are really sorry for late response because we got a long holiday for the lunar new year so we cannot help you during that time.
For your question:
1- Currently, the price of Palazzo theme is $39, not $29 as you see. Because we haven't updated the price on the demo yet. We will change the price on the demo website soon.
2- Our leader sent the PSD file for you via email. Please check it.
