Organici theme update

The organici theme update has done it Again. The message is "Your Site has a Technical Issue" and I have a blank page. This is the second time that I have blank site after update (two out of two!!!). I have already restore my site from backup.

We also google your issue then found out that was your server. Please make sure that you have upgraded your PHP version and PHP value.

We have updated your theme and found the issue.

Can you give us the access to wp-config.php file? We need to enable the debug log to check the issue.

The update is fine, thank you. I have two issues though:

The fonts in the revolution slider look as the should but in the page are been substituted by ugly currier type fonts (the original are Pacifico and Roboto I think).

Now I have two organici themes installed, why is that?

Thanks for your feedback.

We are really sorry for the late response because we were busy already.

Because we install an updated version to your site and didn't delete the older version because we think that you need it. Therefore, you absolutely go to FTP or WordPress then delete the unnecessary version on your site.

In addition, it seems that you have changed the password so please check it again.

Currently, I can't login your site.

You can update the typography by going to Customizer -> Typography -> update again.

I tried to update typography via Customizer but I still have the same fonts. In the revolution slider editor though, they look OK.

Hi again.

We have checked and helped you fix the issue with customizer typography issue. But as I see, you are using the Google Font Typograph plugin. It also overwrites the typo of the customizer.

Please check it again.
