Hi there.
1) In Noo Timetable how can I hide the "Register" link in in the class pop-up and the class page.
2) For some reason 2 out of 9 classes are not appearing in the Class Schedule. I've checked many times and all the settings seem to be the same for each Class. Any ideas what to do?
3) Is there any way to control the appearance of the text in each class box on the schedule? eg shrink text to fit?
Is there any way to control how classes appear when they're on at the same time (I have three overlapping and it looks messy)Thanks

and no events are showing in the calendar. I've checked all the settings. Can you help? Thanks

Posts: 3295Hi,
Thanks for your feedback.
We are so sorry for the late response.
6- Please add this Custom CSS segment to your Customizer > Additional CSS to remove Open Date, Days, Next Date, Register Now button on the single class page:
.class-info-sidebar .clearfix:nth-child(3){display:none;}
.class-info-sidebar .clearfix:nth-child(4){display:none;}
.class-info-sidebar .clearfix:nth-child(5){display:none;}
.class-info-sidebar .clearfix:nth-child(6){display:none;}
a.button.register_button{display:none;}
4/ 5- For the issue of "The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."
It seems that this is the issue from your server so you should contact hosting provider then update your PHP to higher version to fix it. Please refer to this topic for more details: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-site-is-experiencing-technical-difficulties-please-check-your-site-admin-em-3/

Posts: 3295For question 1: It seems that you have fixed it by adding a smaller font-size element to the Schedule.
2- If you set time for a class is too short, some information of class will be cut to fit Timetable schedule and you need to hover to see full information.
Please check, then feedback us.
Thanks.

5 years, 3 months ago #1077584Hi.
To clarify, re my previous question 2), I've set the class times correctly. However the two evening classes which are 1 1/2hrs and 1 3/4hr are only displaying as 30min and 45 mins respectively. I can't change the class times to being longer for the timetable as this will also change the length of time in the pop up and the public will think it's a super-long class. It must be a problem on the coding end. Can you fix this?
New Questions:
a) On the event-schedule the event calendar at the bottom of the page shows none of the events. https://www.openfloor.co.nz/event-schedule/
b) how do I turn off the dates on the mobile view of the class schedule?
5 years, 3 months ago #1077643Sorry for delayed reply.
a, You need to assign the event post to an Event Category. (I created an Event Category and assign all post for it).
Later you go to Noo Event shortcode and select category just created. http://prntscr.com/oougby
b, You can send me a screenshot to clarify.

I have some adjustments in the Noo Class shortcode.
Please reload your site and check again.
Best regards,
tb.
