For some reason, Noo Clients slider is not showing up on the main page.
This issue exists as well in Citilights theme clean default setup. The slider is also located on the main page.Attachments:

At the same time you handle two different issues on the same website with the same access parameters (copy and paste) where in one case you said "We also got access to your website then checked this issue..." and in this case you said "We tried to get access to your website but unsuccessfully."
How do you explain this?

Thanks for your feedback.
We are so sorry if you aren't satisfied with our theme and our support service. However, we don't know your purpose.
How should we talk? Can you teach us some sentences which make sense?
For your question: You got the Noo Client issue and we also tried to get access to your website but your admin account incorrect. In this case, how should we talk?
We think that you should be polite in this communication.
We don't know what's wrong with you? However, it's ok, I transferred your topic to our leader and he will handle it directly.
Thanks.

I like your theme, but I like it more when it is working.
If I see you have bugs in the theme I report it, I guess there is nothing wrong with it.
The link to my site was always working, you can use it to confirm the issue at any time.
You also can reproduce this issue in your own test environment, as Noo Clients Slider is located by default on the Main Page, but it is not displayed to the user.

5 years, 6 months ago #1074284Hi Jackie, thank you for looking into this issue.
1. I would like to have links to be opened in a new window, if you can help me with this it would be great.
(it is a general practice in web development to open links to other websites in a new windows in order not to guide the user from the client's website by closing it)2. Is there anyway to have control over the height of the ribbon, maybe in Additional CSS code, it seems there is no scaling done and this would save a lot of time trying to match you hard coded default image size. Right now my icons are cut by around 20% from top and bottom.
3. Can I have some control over the background color? The default color for icons is white and it does not match the background color of the ribbon.
Thanks again for your help.

1. To open the new windows for the client logo, you need to change the source code. Please give us the FTP account. We will help you do it.
2. As I see, you have fixed the issue with the logo height.
3. To change the icon background color, you can use the custom CSS below:
.client-item {- background: #fafafa;
}Please check it again.Thanks.5 years, 6 months ago #1074543This reply has been marked as private.5 years, 6 months ago #1074566Hi again.
I have added the custom CSS:
<code>.client-item img { padding: 10px; text-align: center; margin: 0 auto; }</code>
Maybe it will help you fix that issue. Please check it again.
Thanks.
