Hi,
On 24 February I bought JobMonster board.
On 6 March I ordered instalation for JobMonster board to Envalto Services.
I was not informed that there is new one version on JobMonster board.
Now I have the old one version on JobMonster on my site.
Envalto Services offered to me new support for installation the new one version for only 35$
I don't think that's correct.
I think there has been a misunderstanding and I don't think I have to pay another 35$ for services that I have already paid.

After buying our theme, you can update the newest version of Jobmonster theme with a free fee. In case, we don't sure about a fee which you need to pay for Envato. Because we don't receive it.
In addition, when the newest version of Jobmonster released, you will see a notification in your Dashboard. For example, this image https://prnt.sc/mxlgs9 and you don't need to pay any fee for this service.
We think that you should check information again from Envato. And if you want to update the newest version of Jobmonster theme, please give us your information including your website's URL & admin account and FTP account privately via checking Set as private reply checkbox. We will help you. However, don't forget to backup all customization files before updating.
