Dear support,
Could you help me with this?
All links from a broker to objects go well.
However, if the broker logs in under her / his own name (profile), the "my properties" field remains empty. This connection does not take place.
The "Agent Dashboard" page is linked to the "Agent dashboard" template, but the http://www.newspacerentals.com/agent-dashboard/ url remains empty. While, for example, the "agent-profile" page is filled and linked in the same way and this gives the desired result.
Above is good
Below is wrong
I strongly suspect that there are 2 things missing:
1. The agent properties page
2. The template agent properties
Perhaps they are not included or lost somewhere on the way or have to be created somewhere, but I no longer see where and how.
Now we think maybe the page ‘my properties’ was permanently deleted ... How can we get (only) this page back ? No dummy content cause that overwrites everything. Maybe you have only this template or code for us?
The "my favorites" and "Submit property" pages are structured in the same way and continue.
Only so not "My properties" or "Agent properties" page.
Sincerely,
Nicolette Lohman

The "My Properties" page will contain the properties that they have submitted to your site. You are sure that agent submitted at least 1 property on your site.

Thank you for your answer. Not the agent by herself but the owner of the company did it. The webmaster in this case.
I will give it a try when the agent do it by herself.
Thanks I will let you know
5 years ago #1081135Hi. Could you please explain / confirm. If webmaster submit properties to site, than it is not in agent dashboard? So in that case only agent can upload to have full properties list to his dashboard?
If above is correct. The solution to have full properties list in agent dashboard is that webmaster also work under agent name/password?
Kind regards,
Nicolette
5 years ago #1081218Hi,
You can follow the steps below to get an agent with adminstrator rights:
- You can register for a new account.
- Later you set it up with the administrator
- Login and post a property
- Go to My Properties and check again.
Best regards,
tb.

With this the problem is solved and the agents can login at the front of the website. It is working now.
