    Hi I'm getting this error when i got to the My favorites page. I'm using as an administrator. Can you please tell me why this is happening?

    Hi,

    Because your admin account isn't agent or agency account. You should go to Agent > Add new then choose your admin account from the dropdown list to make it agent. Also, see this image: https://prnt.sc/mbu9cc

    I have just tried that. But I'm not seeing my administrator account name in the list. How can I be administrator and agent? Or can I remove the restriction of only agent and agency viewing favorites? Admins should be able to view favorites too.
