Language problem when activating the JOBMONSTER Elementor Addon plugin

hi
encountering problems on the site, I reinstalled a new site without importing but building everything.
I've installed the theme + child theme + elementor + woocommerce but without installing the JOBMONSTER Elementor Addon plugin and I'm finding that many things are in French and not too badly translated (including the front end).
But as soon as I activate the v plugin, the jobmonster theme and the various settings switch to English (see screenshot).
and if I deactivate the plugin, it switches back to French

because even on my new installation it doesn't work

I found it myself 🙂
just moved my locotranslate file to the system directory and test OK
I close this ticket
