I've been battling with this plugin since I bought it on Monday, I thought I would be able to manage it after struggling to install it, I can't edit it, the part I was able to customize won't display, please refund my money, my client is on my neck
Hi, the theme is a great theme,
I have been having issues on it before, but I relaxed, studied it and it got better, though there is nothing in the world that is 100% perfect.
Just cool your head down, go through the theme info and study it before you touch the theme at all.
follow the below guides and you will thank me later.
- Remove all WordPress installations you have on your cPanel and install a fresh WP file.
- Install SEO
- Install WP Rocket (premium)
- Install WP Bakery (Premium)
- Remove all WordPress themes
- Purchase slider revolution activation code from themeforest.net
- Activate your slider revolution
All the above will help your demo importation go very smoothly, and then go to your either FTP or cPanel (I used Linux Windows cPanel)
- Then Upload palazzo theme through FTP or cPanel, (Note: don't upload it through WordPress theme uploader) as it may or not upload, and that will cause you another problem.
- extract or unzip the theme file, (use the child theme)
- followed by copy your Pallazzo theme purchase code and verify that your purchase the theme.
- install all the theme plugins. some of it are the WP Bakery, and the Slider Revolution.
- and after then, click the import demo only once. multiple clicks will destroy the look of your site, as it will give you multiple pages and multiple menus.
There you go, your website is now great, If you are having difficulties on your installation, try and disable MOD Security on your cPanel and increase post max size both to 250MB/

Currently, plugins like Realty Portal, Noo Palazzo Framework only support Palazzo theme.
You can send me the website information you want to install the palazzo theme.
