Hi Support ..
I just purchased the Jobica theme from the envato market place, I downloaded the installable zip file from the envato account download menu, uploaded the theme zip and installed the theme. I ten activated the jobica theme on top of the existing elementor theme.
I seem to have a couple of issues with the install:
1 - The jobica theme seems to need a plugin called: jobica core - I can't seem to see that in the plugin list or anywhere else
2 - The jobica dashboard menu does show up under the standard WP dashboard menus - so I can't register the license keys for the site or anything else. The theme seems to be active because when I hit the "Customize" button on the theme, it brings me to the page to customize the pages etc.

Your problems seem to come from not installing the Jobica Core Plugin. You can go to DashBoard -> Appearance-> Instanll Plugins to install some necessary plugins.
If you don't see Jobica core plugin in there, you can download it by following link http://wp.nootheme.com/plugin-files/jobica-core.zip
