jobMonster is a very good theme developed and loaded with so many features.
Although it integrates job schema (structured data) but it does not have provision for remote job schema.
Kindly provide this ..because doing it manually , it is a very difficult task and there is no plugin that provides JSON-LD schema for Remote jobs ..
Kindly note that schema is different for remote jobs than conventional office jobs..
Also the normal schema integrated in the theme has fixed dollar as currency value in schema ..kindly also provide a custom field for salary offer currency and integrate in schema of theme.

Dear, i current version, the jobmonster not support Json LD data, we're will check it in next update version.
Now , If you are using it, there are obviously plugins that can help you out as well.
