Job Description Editor

Hi, firstly well done on making an excellent theme, so far I´m very happy with it and have found great help both in this forum and with a youtube video.

I currently have a couple of small problem I was wondering if you could help with...

I would like to change the text box in job description to a plain text box...i.e the same as the box that is there for job title....is this possible?

Also I would like to add some of my own content (title, an image etc) above the menu (the member menu) on the member pages...preferably with elementor...is this possible, if so how please?

Sorry, this is the default field, there is no option to change this field.
