Hi,
can you please make the resume categories list look and work exactly like the job categories list?
I'm attaching the screenshots of what they look like. What I'd like to fix is:
- delete the list markers on the left of each category name;
- fix the space between the category name and the number of resumes (a space is required, just like in the job category list);
- eliminate the space after the opening bracket and the space before the closing bracket. From ( 0 ) to (0);
- make the resume number as yellow as it is in the job categories list;
- make the resume number and brackets clickable just like in the job category list;
- display the whole list in columns just like in the job category list;
- fix the font.
In other words, as I said, I'd like it to look and work exactly like the job categories list.
Thank you

Please kindly delete Jobmonster Elementor Addon plugin old version on your site, then go to admin menu 'Appearance->Install Plugins' and install/activate Jobmonster Elementor Addon plugin again to get latest version 1.0.11.
After update Jobmonster Elementor Addon plugin, you can use Resume Category widget in Elementor to display resume categories like job category.
Best regards.

thanks for replying.
I followed your instructions, I deleted the old version, installed it again and updated the plugin to the 1.0.11 version but it's still the same, nothing has changed.

any news please? Can we fix it before the end of this month?
2 years, 11 months ago #1217506Hi,
can you please fix this problem?
I have also extended the theme support and I would like to get the right help on this. It's not an extra feature, it's something that should work in a way out of the box but doesn't.

Best regards.

thank you, it worked but I had to fix both the resume-category.php file and the css.
Please, fix the resume-category.php file because it contains a span instead of an h3, which is the tag used for the "title" class of the job categories, otherwise after every update people will have to manually fix it.
file: wp-content/plugins/jobmonster-addon/includes/elementor-extra/resume-category.php (line 249 and line 252)
247
category-item">248 term_id,
get_post_type_archive_link('noo_resume') ))?>">
249 //This span tag should be h3
250 <?php echo esc_html( $cate_name ); ?>
251 (<?php echo absint( $job_count ); ?> )
252 //This span tag should be h3
253
254
css:
.noo-resume-category-wrap.style-list a .title {
font-family: "", sans-serif;
}
.noo-resume-category-wrap .title {
font-size: 1em;
margin: 0px;
line-height: inherit;
font-weight: inherit;
}
