Issues with the Single Event page

Hi there,

I followed all the instructions, but the right sidebar for the Single Event page (witch is the Event Sidebar) is not showing properly. The Map block overwrite the Upcoming class, and the Organizer bloc is not showing up. Please see these screen shots:

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

1- We got access to your Event then try to edit an event. After that, we found that you cannot choose Organizers then we deactivated 2 plugins including Divi Builder and Simple Custom CSS and JS then you can choose Organizers normally. Please see this image: https://prnt.sc/nxcq31

In this case, you should choose the Organizers exactly if you want to display it on front-page.

2- In addition, you don't have a Google Maps API key on NooTimetable > Settings > Google Maps API key lead to your maps displays incorrectly. Please check it, then enter the exact address for your event.

Hi,

I don't think you understood the issue here. I was able to select the Organizer, but this one wasn't showing up on the right Sidebar, and it is still not seen anywhere (see pic).

And I have added the Google map API key, but it is still not showing properly. The map overriding the Classes list... (See pic).

Thanks for fixing one side of the issue. The map is showing properly now.

But there is still one issue remaining. The Organizer is still not showing up at all. Please see the screenshot.

Hi there,

The Organizer is off again. The Organizer doesn't show up in the right sidebar.

It was fixed last time. But I think when I've updated the plugins, the same problem went back again.

Can you fix it please?

Also, I have one more question. Can we choose a different side bar for each Event? I don't see the option right now.

1- We helped you to update NOO Hermosa Code plugin to fix the organizer issue on your site.

2- Currently, we don't support to add a different sidebar for each Event.

I'm experiencing an other issu with the Event Sidebar. The ''Text'' and ''Custom HTML'' Widget are not working. When I try to add content, it doesn't show up on the Right Sidebar.

Hello there,

I want to add some custom content to the right side of the Event on the Details section.

We manage to do so in the Classes page by adding some code in the HTML text and it is working fine but that doesn't work for the Event page.

Currently, we don't support to add more information to Event single page so please try to edit our source code to do it. In addition, it seems that I explained to you this question in another topic so please check again your topics.
