Hello,
I'm having some issues with the "modal popup" from the schedule grid view on touch devices, I can provide a live access to the problem since the page is already available publicly online (just not linked/listed on the website), but I'd prefer to keep the url private
In short, on touch devices big enough to show the schedule grid view and the popup, the modal popup is initially empty: tapping any class element generates an empty popup (the "window" is there, but there is no text/image, and checking the HTML.. well, the text is actually missing, it's not hidden! something it's not set properly for weird reasons, until the user touches something in the filters. selecting any filter, and/or going back to "all categories", makes it work as expected.. works both using dropdown and list view for the filters.
i noted the issue on tablet devices (iPads, 9.7" and 12.9") but it can be replicated using a desktop browser in dev mode acting like an iPad or similar touch-enabled tablet devices, and it works both on webkit and gecko based browsers
I am pretty sure this is a conflict with something in the theme I'm using (switching to another theme, the popup works as expected) and in the meanwhile I'm in touch with the theme support too, but I'd guess it's easier for your devs to understand what's wrong here. In case it can't be fixed on this side or it's something that should be fixed on the theme, I'll report the issue in details to the theme devs too, but I really think we need your deep-knowledge on the code to understand.
Thanks

I'd guess that clicking actually sets something in the code filling the popup fields that's not set if the event is generated with a tap/touch
I hope this can help you to narrow the possible causes, let me know if i can help in any other way
