we bought a new license for our website, but after installing the theme and its required and recommended plugins, the theme is not working correctly, for instance, the customizer page just keeps loading without showing anything, and when I activate the WPBakery page builder plugin, it shows the message as in the screenshot below.
and also, when I go to the quick setup tab and try to click on "Correct Now" button, it's not working.
We're facing a lot of issues with pages, I even can't add a new page.
please, we need your help, we can send you the login details if you want.

Thank you, but my issues weren't in importing demo content, there's an error when I try to add new page (see below in screenshot), edit page with wpbakery still not working, and the theme is very slow, please try to check these pages and customizer, they aren't working correctly from my side.

Now you can edit your create a new page with WP Bakery page builder.
Please recheck it.

Unfortunately, the issue is still existing, when I try to edit using WPBakery it shows as below in screenshots. (Have you tried to edit a theme page using WPBakery? does it work good from your side!!?)
we couldn't figure out what causes these issues!
please, can you try to delete theme and install it again, maybe i did something working while installing the theme?

yes, I noticed that it's started working but this when I deactivate Woocommerce Plugin, why? is this because not compatible with each other (the theme and WooCommerce plugin)? I connected with WooCommerce support to see if the issue is from their side? can't you help me with this issue?
