8 months, 3 weeks ago #1220966Greetings,
I need to receive your response, I would like to understand why you are completely ignoring me, is this the support you provide?
8 months, 3 weeks ago #1220979If you do not provide me with assistance, I am asking for a refund of the money spent as there are serious problems on the subject that you do not want to solve for me.

8 months, 2 weeks ago #1221012Regarding the problem, I saw that there is a javascript (which refers to the "owl" library which appears to be used for managing the "carousel" of product images) which works well up to a resolution of 992 pixels wide ( in the attached photo 1 I have circled this fact for you), as soon as the resolution drops below the width of the photo "wrapper" (i.e. the element of the page that encloses them) is set to almost 4000 pixels (attached photo 2), so in reality it's not that everything disappears, but it simply ends up outside the viewport, how can I fix it?
8 months, 2 weeks ago #1221024Hi.
I have checked your single product page on the mobile. It still works fine. https://i.imgur.com/h5Blccv.jpeg
Please recheck it.

8 months, 2 weeks ago #1221026the problem was solved by setting a sidebar of the shop on the right, while if I set it on the left the problem arises
8 months, 2 weeks ago #1221029Thank you for your feedback.
8 months, 2 weeks ago #1221032If I set the sidebar to the left, the smartphone display error continues to exist, I attach the screenshot

Did you change the password? please give us your admin account again. Maybe the issue is from the CSS. I'll help you check it soon.
Regards.
