I can not solve the MailChimp problem

Good afternoon.

I have my hair standing up, but I can not fix this mail capturing problem with MailChimp.

With the instructions of the post of the link that was sent to me I can not correct the error, I wanted to know if these settings (from the attached photo) are for the signature focolare or if it is for all the forms of the site?

Because if it is not I will clear the options and leave only the email option and it should work.

Thanks for your feedback.

We are really so sorry for late response because our developer needs much time to check it.

We also checked our website again then found this was our issue. In this case, our developers are checking it then we will add it to the next version as soon as possible.
