1- Because you haven't imported the sample data of Slider Revolution plugin. In this case, please find our sample in our package then imports to Slider Revolution > Import Slider to get rid of the above issue.
2- You can use Loco Translate plugin then translate Related Products in our language file.

hola, he logrado manipular con plugins la template, pero lo que no esta funcionando son los filtros que ordenan los productos por precios, del precios mas bajo al mas alto, tmapoco puedo agragar el filtro de ordenar por productos destacados.

The WPBakery builder just uses to build the home page content.
With the shop page, the filter is the default of WordPress, it still works fine on our site.
Can you give us your site admin, FTP account? We will help you debug the filter issue on the shop page soon.
