I installed your theme and I am having issues with specifying certain parameters while trying to create custom fields for my Application Tab. What I want is that I want a field Key/field label to have a particular attribute (field type) e.g Select or Multiple select. Lets assume that I have a field key/field label assigned to display as Country of residence and I want to assign a list of countries so that when the candidate is applying using the application form I have created they can simply click on the drop down and pick one the country options i have already assigned to show.
please note that I would like to be able to create these fields without them necessarily affecting other forms e.g candidate login form e.t.c except I want it to. I would also want to be able to customize my own field type because I noticed that there was no field type for drop down.

I also noticed that after setting up my pages and the website, I did a test and I found out that the option of the candidate verifying his email address didn't work as no emnail was sent to the candidates email address. how do I get that resolved?
Also the application form doesn't send after filling all the fields and clicking the apply button. How do I also get that resolved?
I also would like to know how to create a customized user ID tab for each candidate that can be applied based on users/candidates that apply under a specific company/employer. that is a randomly automated generated user Id by the system per each applicant when set in the application tab of the custom field setting.
I want to also know how I can basically assing employers who registered on the website but are actually staffs to a particular company, who wish to assit in perusing applications submitted online by candidates due to the fact that they may not want one person handling the whole process so that it doesn't overwhelme that one staff or in order to make the whole process faster. Can a user,employer, or staff register on the website and then be assigned to a company so that they can help post jobs,manage applications, manage engagements from the candidates who apply and also, help in shorlisting and approving candidates.
finally I want to know if the candidate would have the option to print their application page after they have finished applying, this way they can have a hard copy that can be used as a way to prove that they really applied when coming for the job interview after they have been shortlisted.
please kindly take your time to address each paragraph as each paragraph contains seperate challenges I currently am facing and would like to be resolved.

1. For the multi-select custom field, please use the enter for the field value: https://prnt.sc/jNlDOX2NezZ6
2. For the email issue, you need to check the sending email function on your site first. Then go to Jobmonster/ Settings/ Email template and check the email function. We have the email config for each user type. https://prnt.sc/KqDLQWMYHGlS
3. Generate User ID. Can you explain more about the function of the user id? The user ID is unique and it use to get the data from the user. If it generates another user ID, how to use it on your site?
4. With admin permission, you can create a job and assign it to each company as you want. You also can manage the job at the back end.
For the front-end, only the username registered under the company info can access the company and manage the job, application. We don't have the function to assign another user to manage the company at the front end.
5. Sorry, we don't have the option to print the application, but the candidate will receive an email for the application. They can print the email for the interview.

You have already help me solve question: 1,4
Questions: 2,3,5 are still unsolved. So where do I find the email function settings for my website is it on my hosting server, my word-press back-end or I have to setup a special plugin like mailchim to handle it?
Ask for the user I.d I actually wanted a unique identifier per each candidate that registers or apply for a job using that website, that way I can create a custom field for this unique I.D so that it can be part of the application details which would be uneditable by the candidate when filing the application form. This way it can help solve the problem in Question 5 because I can then customers the email sent to the applicant when the application is completed with the user I.d as reference. this will help serve as proof if the candidate is printing out the application email sent to them. This way it helps curb the possibility of a candidate going to photocopy, reprint or doctor another candidates application email sent to them after applying.
Also in question one I have been able to create the select options but I am having a difficult time i setting the maximum upload file size for the custom document upload field i created. Mine is showing 8 GB and this is too much. How do I reduce the maximum upload size on the custom field I created for the application form?
Finally I am having a had time to remove the Upload file tab that is in built to the themes application section. If I take it off then it begins to force the candidates to apply using a the resume creator is there no way I can take it off and the create my own as shown in the picture attached so that I can just use the custom CV upload I created instead of the one that can with the theme because it is causing issues for me.

You must be logged in to view attached files.1 year, 4 months ago #1220473I would also be glad if you update the theme and add the option for candidate to be able to print out their application page after they have completed an application process as this will help in making sure that there is clarity some of the users of your theme are in countries which are not so developed in terms of handling data. I would also suggest that in the update, you should also include an option to print out a shortlisted section as soon as the candidate is shortlisted for an interview or is this option already built in to this version?
1 year, 4 months ago #1220481I noticed that whenever a user clicks on a menu, the user would automatically be logged out I really don't know why it's taking this long to reply while i'm my clients are unhappy with the website I designed for them is this the kind of support you give for the amount I paid please this issues are very serious and need to be attended too. I feel the theme is not stable or something why will it log a user out while they are still actively logged in?

I also noticed that this plugin

that came with the theme isn't working. please do something about this issue as I don't want to loose this client and face legal actions for bridge of agreement.
