In addition, we also checked Palazzo version which you are using but you have used the older version of Palazzo theme (1.0.0). In this case, you should update the latest version of Palazzo theme to get some features and bugs in it.

Hi, if I try to add to a property - a floor plans picutre, and update it, it wont add, - it gives me a error 500 page, that is a bug. you can try it.

We have got access to your website then activated Palazzo version 1.1.1 on your website. After that, we checked your issue but it didn't happen.

Please check your website again because we still enable Palazzo 1.1.1 on it.
