It seems that Bing Map has some updates, so the properties are not currently displayed on Bing Map. We will check this issue and will update in the next version.

About Bing Map issue, I have released a version to fix this problem, you can update it.
- Add footer for each page: You click Edit page -> Page Settings -> Page Footer -> Select footer that you want.
