Please try to use this Custom CSS segment in Customize> Additional CSS:
header.header-3 .noo-header-nav-wrapper .container .noo-header-wrapper .header-right{margin-top:-128px;}
In addition, as we can see on your menu, you should input a menu name with a short character. It will help your menu which dislays nicer and it isn't cut the text.
