Error changing the design of the footer

Hi. 

Am trying to edit the look of my website, I have successfully imported the demo and am making some little changes to the website, 

But on the palazzo theme option, I cannot change anything and get it saved, it always return the following.

 

"There was a problem with the site, please reload and try again"

 

Please help me.

I want the following in a separate listing under feature on my website

1. Under Features > Property features > Ac, Underground Parking, Street Parking etc fillable by admin
2. Under Details > Property features > Indoor / Unit Features > Cable Ready, etc fillable
3. Under Features > Building features > Laundry, Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave etc fillable by admin
4. Under Features > Additional Feature
5. Agent or Agency verification mark
6. Adchoice advertisement
