Hi From my templates email alerts are not going to candidates can i know what is the reason
Hi recently i purchased job monster template its nice but want to change categories icons instead of font awsome icons i need to place my own images consider this as high priority and do it.

1- You can try to use Easy SMTP plugin to fix this issue. Because this plugin will help a website can send or receive easily.
2- We don't understand your question clearly but you can create only one user who can post job. In addition, you are an administrator.
3- This is icon of job category. Therefore you can go to Jobs > Job Category > Edit a category then change Icon.

1)Hi i was created one company but when employee is try to login with wrong credentials for multiple times our wp-login is also not working it is asking us to wait for 20 minutes why i admin not able to login when one employees account is locked.
2) In categories we need to place our own images instead of font awesome icons.

For categories we need to place our images in Categories Boxes

For categories we will add from font awesome icons only,
2)What we need is at the time of candidate registration we have give option to login via LinkedIn and once he logged in via LinkedIn we have to get his details and we have add to his account to his profile

If the Employee is approved candidate application candidate is getting mail as of now but when employee is shortlisted candidate, candidate is not getting email so is there any option to send mail to candidate.

Please give us your website's URL & admin account and FTP account privately via checking Set as private reply checkbox, we will check your LinkedIn issue soon.
Currently, we only support to send an email notification when a candidate applied for a job. However, there is no email notification for shortlisted because this is a private action of Employer. Because they want to interest in a resume.

Hi,
We have found one more issue which is high priority for us - when the employer approves the candidate application and edits any field like mode of interview, time etc. they are reflecting in the email. They are hardcoded in the template and the same things are going in the email without any of the edits that we did from the front end.
Can you please get this rectified as it is mandatory for the email to have these things without which the candidate getting the email is not useful in its current format. I have attached the image for your reference.
