Download CV link shoulld be hidden if Cotacts hidden paid employer

Dear Sir,

I have enabled 'View Candidate Contact' as for 'Employer with paid package' but also I have enabled 'View Detailed Resume' as public from Action Control. Now candidate contacts are hidden in public view, but Download CV link is appearing on the right side of the resume. It should be hidden and should be downloadable or visible to only paid employers only. Better if gives message "Download resume for paid employer only" in the box.

For more clarification, I am sending the screenshot of the problem. Kindly see the attachment and update it in your new version.

Dear Sir,

I does not affect the site visitor anymore, I have make the resume only viewed by paid employer. No need to do any action or modification if not necessary.
